General Terms and Conditions of BALSA online shop<\/strong><\/p>\n

The General Terms and Conditions of BALSA Shop (hereinafter referred to as \"General Terms and Conditions\") form an integral part of all offers and contracts between BALSA d.o.o., Loka 63, 4290 Tr\u017ei\u010d, tax number: SI (hereinafter referred to as \"BALSA\", \"BALSA\", \"the Company\" or \"the Seller\") and a natural or legal person who purchases goods from BALSA Shop (hereinafter referred to as \"the Buyer\" or \"you\").<\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase made in the BALSA shop, whether in the online shop or when concluding a distance contract.<\/p>\n

In the case of purchase of goods through the online shop, the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop shall also apply. www.balsa.si<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Definitions<\/strong> 1.1. \"Seller\" means the BALSA shop which is engaged in the business of selling goods.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.2. \"Buyer\" means the natural or legal person who purchases the Goods from the Seller.<\/p>\n

    1.3. \"Online Shop\" means a point of sale on the Website www.balsa.si<\/a>where the customer orders and buys goods online.<\/p>\n

    1.4. \"Distance Contract\" means a contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer by means of communication such as telephone, e-mail, etc., without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.<\/p>\n

    1. Offer and prices<\/strong> 2.1 All prices for the Goods are expressed in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.2 The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.<\/p>\n

      2.3 All information contained in tenders, including price, quantity and availability of goods, is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

      2.4 The information provided on the Seller's website (e.g. pictures, samples) is intended only as an approximate description of the goods.<\/p>\n

      1. Inspection of goods before purchase<\/strong> 3.1 The Buyer must check the suitability of the goods selected before purchase. In case of any questions, the Buyer may contact the Seller.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.2 The Seller shall not be liable for technical advice given to the best of his knowledge, but this shall not relieve the Buyer of the obligation to check the suitability of the Products.<\/p>\n

        1. Account and payment terms<\/strong> 4.1 The Buyer shall check the accuracy of the invoice and notify the Seller immediately of any errors.<\/li>\n
        2. Delivery times<\/strong> 5.1 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery times are estimates only.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          5.2 Delivery times may be extended if there is a delay due to events beyond the Seller's control (e.g. force majeure).<\/p>\n

          1. Delivery<\/strong> 6.1 If the Buyer and the Seller agree on delivery, this service shall be charged in accordance with the applicable price list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            6.2 The Seller shall determine the method of delivery and the Buyer shall provide a suitable delivery address.<\/p>\n

            1. Checking goods before use<\/strong> 7.1 The Buyer must inspect the Goods prior to installation, as subsequent claims arising from the installation of damaged Goods are not possible.<\/li>\n
            2. Complaints<\/strong> 8.1 All complaints shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n
            3. Protection of personal data<\/strong> 9.1 Customer data shall be processed in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.<\/li>\n
            4. Complaints and disputes<\/strong> 10.1 Any disputes shall be governed by Slovenian law and the court in Kranj shall have jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
